We install and maintain air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial UK properties. While less common in homes historically, air conditioning demand is growing due to increasingly warm UK summers and more people working from home. We install split systems (wall-mounted units ideal for individual rooms), multi-split systems (one outdoor unit serving multiple indoor units), ducted systems for whole-property cooling, portable units, and heat pump systems providing both heating and cooling efficiently. For commercial properties, we install VRF/VRV systems, cassette units for offices, and packaged systems for retail spaces. Services include system design and specification, F-Gas certified installation, commissioning and testing, annual servicing and maintenance, refrigerant top-ups, filter cleaning and replacement, and repairs. Regular maintenance ensures efficiency, prevents breakdowns during hot weather, maintains air quality, and complies with F-Gas regulations requiring leak checks on systems containing over 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent refrigerant.
